only visited once so far and already really enjoyed what i got. lamb stewed noodles. the noodles were extremely loved and i felt like i could eat that forever. one of my absolute favorite kind of noodles. besides the noodles, i didn't really care about the rest of the noodle soup. i would definitely want to try a different one next time. be prepared to pay a 3% fee for use of a credit card. it was easy to split checks with them.

I came on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Ordered myself a cumin beef burger and wonton soup to wash it down. It was absolutely delicious and comforting! Cumin beef burger: 7/10 - it is very spicy and I have a high tolerance, mind you lol they do ask if spicy is okay when you order though - the beef could have been softer Wonton soup: 8/10 - I have no idea how they pack so much flavor in a clear broth, but it was flavorful without any added seasoning. I did add black vinegar for taste preference. The mini wontons had small shrimps and it was topped with seaweed and cilantro. The service is what you would expect a hole in the wall restaurant. It's tucked on corner in SF supermarket. They are quick and efficient! Price for both was under $16! I'll be back to try the other soup dishes and maybe non-spicy cumin beef burger.

It's been years since I've been here, but the flavors are unforgettable. I was not let down after eating here yesterday. The flavors are phenomenal. I'm obsessed with their biang biang noodles and lamb Chinese hamburger. Those were what we came for but we asked for suggestions from the waitress. We then had cold noodles, hot and sour soup and the pork Chinese hamburger. I can not get enough. I want to eat them all day everyday.

Been craving a xi-an noodle place for so long!! I LOVE the texture of the noodles - it comes in a small bowl but it was so filling and so flavorful!! I tried both original and sesame and both were delicious, it was my first time trying the be Chinese beef hamburger and it was soooo good, pretty spicy with the Japanese, it is located in 99ranch market so small amount of seating but no wait

Such nice people and food here! I make sure I come back here every time I'm in Vegas !! Got the mini wonton soup which consists of 12 small wontons! Nice pipping hot! With seaweed and dried shrimp! Also the lamb buns are good just wish it don't have so much fat on it but all good! Xing was so nice to me!

Located in SF Supermarket. Simple and small but packs a punch...of flavors. The small restaurant can fit maybe 20ppl. Simple menu with minimal pictures but you cannot go wrong. If you want large hand cut noodles with ragged edges noodles, this is where you go. We did the large flat noodles with pork with hot chili, no soup And the same noodle in beef soup, no spices. Both were only $11.99 per bowl. It's very filling, lots of flavors and yes, the hot chili is no joke. It's spicy! Totally enjoy our late lunch this Saturday. It was not busy, service was quick. Simple and cheap for the area. We ate and did grocery shopping without having to leave to drive elsewhere. Win win

So...this is in a very Chinese grocery store. It smells bad, looks a lil sketchy, so I knew this place was either going to be great or awful. Honestly it's the former. If you really care about vibe when you eat this place won't be for you. I got the liangpi, hot oil noodle, and cumin lamb burger. My favorite were the noodles and the texture was just perfect. Bouncy, strong, and just a total joy to eat. The liangpi was also done well and the portion was great. The lamb I thought was ok but still happy to eat.

If you like northern chinese / halal Chinese food, this place is for you. I only tried their lamb pita soup this time, which is basically tiny squares of dough, soaked in a lamb , white peppery broth, it was delicious and tasted exactly how it should :) Side dishes included a sweet chili sauce for the lamb, a bunch of cilantro to add to the soup, and some pickled sweet garlic. All really good. Next time I will get the lamb bao. Ambience is super casual. I don't mind this at all but just an fyi!
